PURPOSE AND HISTORY

Since 1971, our association has represented the finest garment-contracting businesses of Southern California. Our purpose is to promote our members' capabilities to their customers and potential customers. When feasible we provide education in promoting the highest quality of workmanship and business practices to contribute to the viability of our domestic garment and sewn products manufacturing industry, as well as to enhance its reputation.

We are dedicated to advancing and protecting the welfare and rights of our members.

The Association has an executive director, Joseph (Joe) Rodriguez, who has been on board since 1989. We maintain an office in the California Market Center.

We are proud to invite you to join Southern California's most visible and influential group of professional garment contractors and be a part of our efforts on behalf of our members and our industry. Contractors, as well as all other apparel industry firms and suppliers of goods and services, are welcome to join.
